Terms of Service
Shaman's K9 Services (herein know as SK9S) One to One, Class, Walking and Sitting Booking Terms and Conditions.
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you make a booking. By placing a booking you are deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted them.

Contract of Sale
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with the SK9S.

Payment
Payment of the full course fees must be made in advance and are made at the time of placing a booking. It is not possible to attend a course unless payment has been received.
We accept payment by online BACS, credit/debit card or cash.

Cancellation
You have a legal right to change your mind about proceeding with your course purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  All cancellations must be made by email to shamansk9services@gmail.com within 14 days of your booking being completed. 
If you have made a booking within 14 days of the course start date you waive your right to a 'cooling off period'.

One to One Sessions, Group Classes, Walking and Sitting Cancellation Terms.
Cancellations of courses after the expiry of the 14 day period referred to above will be subject to the following fees:-

• Cancellations within 0-7 days prior to the start date of the course will be charged the full course fee.

• Cancellations within 8-56 days prior to the start date of the course will be charged 50% of the full course fee.

• Cancellations more than 56 days prior to the start date of the course will be charged 30% of the full course fee.

• If the participant fails to attend the course the full course fees are payable.

 
Cancellation policy applies to all sessions on the Shaman's K9 Services Website website, whether paid for in full or instalments. 

Should SK9S have to postpone a course for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or credit note for any other course available on the SK9S website
All credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
 
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly consenting to SK9S commencing the provision of services under this contract
If you cancel with the 14 day cooling off period and after we have commenced providing services under this contract you will not be eligible for any refund, SK9S will endeavour to transfer you onto another course at their discretion.
Any refunds will be made to you within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind. 
 
Delegate Substitution
All changes of delegate names must be requested 5 days prior to the start of the event by email to ishamansk9services@gmail.com and the change of delegate must be agreed by SK9S prior to attendance. 

SK9S reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the start date of the course and will strive to give as much notice as possible. Individuals booked onto a cancelled course will be given the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a future course date.

SK9S will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to the course or cancellations.

Intellectual Property
SK9S remains the owner of all intellectual property in course materials . No part of the materials may be copied, recorded or reproduced without our permission in writing.

Limitation of Liability

SK9S will accept no responsibility for any losses, either direct or indirect, which you suffer in connection with the services provided under this contract.

Data Protection
Any personal information you give to use will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We will use your information to process your booking, to provide the selected course and to inform you about similar courses which we provide unless you tell us you that you do not want to receive this information. Any personal data you provide may be held on computer files. All personal data will be handled appropriately in accordance with the provisions of General Date protection Regulations.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be settled by the English courts.

Weather
In certain weather conditions, SK9S reserve the right to postpone courses upon safety grounds and will offer a rearranged date.
Travel in all conditions is purely at the risk of attendees and SK9S take no responsibility for accidents.
For practical courses, all attendees bringing their own dogs to the course must take personal responsibility for their own dog's comfort and welfare.

 

Shaman's K9 Services reserves the right to vary these term and conditions.
